How does a connection request work?

When you make a connection request through Refer, the person you've reached out to will receive a LinkedIn message from you. 💌

This person will have the option to accept ✅ or wait for the right time to decide (anonymously) 😉.

If they accept 🤩, a group message including all three parties will be automatically created on LinkedIn 🤗.
